Who We Are

At OnTrack Rogue Valley, we have proudly served Southern Oregon for over five decades, helping individuals and families overcome addiction through personalized, holistic treatment.

Agency Overview

Since 1969, OnTrack Rogue Valley has been serving Southern Oregon by providing substance use disorder treatment and finding innovative solutions to help meet the needs of our community. In 2020, OnTrack became Southern Oregon’s only CARF accredited substance use treatment agency. In 2023, it became one of the only ASAM Certified agencies in Oregon.

OnTrack values and embraces diversity. We strive to be culturally responsive, welcoming, and safe for all races, ethnicities, cultures, genders, and orientations. Everyone is welcome here.

More recently, we have prioritized expanding our culturally responsive services for the Latino community, building a robust bilingual (Spanish-speaking) workforce, expanding transitional housing and emergency lodging, and increasing our capacity to treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Who We Are

In the coming years, we will focus on interrupting the inter-generational cycle of substance abuse and poor health outcomes by building a full continuum of family-centered treatment and services that combines prevention with intervention.

OnTrack Rogue Valley’s philosophy and approach are based on the ten guiding principles of recovery, emphasizing person-centered, strength-based, holistic, and respectful treatment and support. The agency practices universal trauma precautions and strives to help individuals identify their strengths, learn new skills, and overcome barriers to leading a productive, meaningful life.

OnTrack Rogue Valley supports harm reduction approaches and individual preferences regarding the use of medication to support their recovery. Service providers utilize evidence-based practices to treat addiction while recognizing that long-term recovery is sustained through health, connectedness, purpose, self-efficacy, and having a safe home.
