Supportive Housing Opportunities

Supportive, Transitional & Low-Income Housing

OnTrack Rogue Valley’s supportive, transitional, and low-income housing opportunities are for individuals and households with a history of recovery who receive supportive services from a referring agency in the community. Tenants must be sober and in recovery.

Referring agencies offer help for veterans, seniors, people with disabilities, those needing mental health services, and treatment services for recovery from alcohol and drug addictions.

We have low-income housing available with affordable studio, one and two-bedroom apartments for rent in the Medford and Grants Pass areas. There is a waiting list for vacant units in these communities.

If you meet the requirements for supportive housing, please visit our offices at 209 W. Main St in Medford for an application, or print the application, complete it and bring to 209 W. Main St.

Office hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
