"On Track's secret sauce is creativity and compassion. When you care about the community, you see a need and you meet it - but our local needs are bigger than traditional system solutions. On Track breaks  the mold to create the right (not just ready) solution that save lives and cares for the wellbeing of our community."

Director, Behavioral Health, Jackson Care Connect

"OnTrack helped me turn my life around. During my pregnancy, I struggled with staying clean and ended up in labor while homeless. The Home program gave me a second chance. I recovered, reconnected with my family, and my son’s dad went through the Dads program too. With OnTrack’s support, we moved into our own apartment and started building a future together. I’m forever grateful and highly recommend this program!"

Client Testimonial

"I love the OnPace program. We just don’t have enough people with both lived experience and professional skills in substance abuse treatment to work with our patients. Timing is critical when they come in for help, and we don’t have to send them elsewhere. OnTrack is right here at our clinic."
