Michelle is a proud graduate of OnTrack’s Home Program in Medford. Her journey wasn’t easy—after completing the program, she transitioned to OnTrack’s Transitional Housing at the Dewey Street House and continued her recovery through the Grants Pass Outpatient program. Today, Michelle celebrates 10 months of sobriety from alcohol and 13 months of abstinence from methamphetamines, milestones that seemed impossible not long ago.

Throughout her recovery, Michelle has shown remarkable growth. She actively built connections within her recovery community, establishing a home group through NA, and she has begun seeking a sponsor she can trust. Her resilience has extended into her personal life—she now has her son in her care nearly half the time, a relationship she has worked hard to restore.

Michelle’s achievements don’t stop there. She secured full-time employment in a safe, supportive environment and has taken on a leadership role as President of her Women’s Oxford House. Through this role, she mentors and supports others new to recovery, giving back to the community that helped her heal. Michelle’s story is one of courage, perseverance, and transformation—a testament to the life-changing impact of OnTrack’s programs.
